City Meets Soul:
Auckland,
16-18 October ‘26
A city immersion designed to elevate the way you see yourself, your leadership, and the life you’re building through connection with ambitious women in business and leadership.
Two days shaped by proximity, connection, iconic conversations and design-led hospitality, set across some of Auckland’s most considered spaces, where standards are felt through business, lifestyle, service and design.
City Meets Soul is built on a simple premise — that environment shapes how we think, what we notice, and the standards we normalise.
These immersions place women inside environments where conversation and proximity influence the way we see ourselves, our work and our lives.
Over a few days, something unfolds through shared space and experience. Around the table, within inspiring environments and held by the rhythm of the city, conversation moves beyond introductions and into the ideas, decisions and desires shaping the next season of life and leadership.
What’s emerging through City Meets Soul is a community of ambitious women with a shared appreciation for depth, travel, beautiful experiences and meaningful connections.
About City Meets Soul
■
Why Environment Matters
Most people underestimate how much their environment influences their choices.
The spaces we move through each day have an impact on our attention, energy, decision-making and sense of self. Over time, we adapt to what surrounds us — the pace, the quality of communication, the standards, the beauty, the care and the friction.
City Meets Soul is designed to interrupt that pattern.
Creating a vibrant, high-quality experience shaped by good company, inspiring conversation and thoughtfully designed environments.
Why Women Leave Changed
The shifts that happen during City Meets Soul are often subtle, yet deeply felt.
Women leave with a clearer sense of themselves and what they value.
More trust in, and celebration of, the decisions they’ve made and the lives they’ve built.
A renewed appreciation for the relationships, environments and experiences they want to continue surrounding themselves with.
There’s also something powerful about being in the company of other ambitious women — sharing meals, sitting on rooftops with city views, the ease of conversations, ideas and perspectives within spaces intentionally built to bring people together.
The connections formed through City Meets Soul often extend well beyond the immersion itself, creating an expanding network of women connected through leadership, ambition, business and life.
For many women, the immersion offers something increasingly rare — the opportunity to be fully immersed in creative environments and connected experiences without needing to organise, manage or hold everything themselves.
And for many, it’s simply being in proximity to other women who are asking bigger questions about fulfilment, success, leadership, business, life-design, ambition, relationships, networks, wealth and what comes next.
“City Meets Soul felt like a real exhale. I originally came wanting a relaxing weekend away, but I left with something much deeper, a perspective shift on how well I’m actually doing life and everything that comes with it. Every detail was so thoughtfully considered that I never had to think about anything. I could just be held in the experience. The conversations challenged and reassured me at the same time, and the daily reflections stayed with me long after I returned home.”
Lucie - Education
“Connection was the biggest thing I took from City Meets Soul - with the women there, the city itself, and the space to reflect on what’s needed in both my life and business. The whole immersion felt incredibly thoughtful and supportive, and it helped me realise the way I approach my business can also be applied to other areas of my life. Such a well-thought-out experience. Take me back!”
Vanessa Shepherdson, Founder
“City Meets Soul helped me see myself as a leader — in the way I’m living, what I want to achieve, and the standards I want for my life. Since returning home, I’ve realised how much environment impacts the way we think and grow, and that I’ve likely outgrown some of the spaces I’ve been operating in.
Amy carefully thought through every part of the experience, from the beautiful spaces and incredible service to the conversations that challenged and expanded the way we think about ourselves and our lives. Being in the city brought a completely different energy — one that inspired creativity, reflection, and fun.”

The Setting
At the centre of this immersion is The Hotel Britomart.
A design-led hotel in the heart of Auckland’s Britomart precinct, known for its considered simplicity, natural materials, and exceptional service. It is also New Zealand’s only 5 Green Star hotel — recognised for leading environmental performance across both its construction and ongoing operation.
There is a particular quality to spaces like this.
Where nothing is rushed.
Where detail is intentional.
Where the way something is held, from the interior to the service, to the pace, begins to influence how you feel.
This is where you’ll stay, where the immersion begins and returns each day.
Britomart itself offers an iconic world of dining, independent fashion, and design-led retail — allowing you to move through the city with ease while remaining within a consistent level of quality.
The Experience
FridayArrival & Opening Dinner
Arrival into Auckland and check-in at The Hotel Britomart.
The immersion begins with dinner at Kingi, located within the hotel.
Kingi is known for its ingredient-led approach, with a menu centred around sustainably sourced seafood and seasonal produce. The experience is designed to be shared — a five-course menu served with a level of care and attention that feels both relaxed and considered.
This first evening is not structured or directive. It allows for a gradual arrival into the space, the group, and the pace of the weekend.
Beginning here is deliberate.
In an environment where the details are already held, conversation tends to move more easily. There is less need to perform or explain, and more space to settle, connect, and become present to what the next few days might open.
SaturdayStelar Women in Business
At the centre of the weekend is the Stelar Women in Business event.
A room filled with women across business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity — all bringing different experiences, perspectives, ambitions, and years of rich stories that have shaped who they are today.
There is something powerful about being in rooms like this.
Rooms where conversations expand.
Where new ideas land. Where you see reflections of yourself in other women, and where ambition feels energising and authentic.
Throughout the day, you’ll hear stories, insights, and conversations that invite you to think differently about leadership, visibility, success, and the kind of life you want to keep leading.
For many women, this becomes one of the most impactful parts of the immersion.
Because of the energy in the room and who they become in proximity to it.

SundayIntegration & Close
We close with a long brunch at Amano.
Amano carries a particular kind of energy — generous, grounded, and well resolved. Known for its European-inspired menu and commitment to quality ingredients, it’s a space that feels both inspiring and easy to be in.
After a full weekend, this shift in pace matters.
A slower table.
Unhurried conversation, where connections have been made and friendships established.
Room to sit with what may be unfolding, without needing to define it too quickly.
From here, the immersion comes to a natural close.
Britomart is right outside — offering time to move through the city at your own pace. Shopping, a final coffee, a walk, or even extending your stay with a ferry over to the iconic Waiheke Island.
